The mind is our greatest ally. As a Mindfulness/Meditation guide, I provide the resources and tools necessary to unlock the innate potential each of us holds inside. I work to create a safe and compassionate environment for you to discover what will help you go deeper into concentration, reduce stress levels, and lessen anxious thoughts. In this class you will learn four different styles of meditation and be given a mindfulness practice to do each week. These tools will help you to help lower and manage anxiety levels, offer stress-reduction and management techniques, connect you to your inner source, and unleash latent potential within you. As a Registered Nurse with a minor in Psychology and a history of working with behavioral health patients, Kylie brings background, experience, and knowledge to the learning environment. You will feel safe and supported throughout the program and you will gain insights about yourself to enrich your life and gain greater conotrol over your racing thoughts all while reducing stress and anxiety.
As a Mindfulness/Meditation guide, I help you along the spiritual path of calming the mind to find deep inner peace and meaning. If you want to learn how to meditate to take back control of your racing thoughts, I’m your gal! I work with you over a period of time to help you: begin a sustainable meditation practice, introduce you to mantram, train the senses, become more self-aware, work on slowing down, reduce anxiety and stress, extend your meditation practice, start using one-pointed attention, and much more!
5-week long course – $150 (includes textbook) (great for beginners looking to get started on mindfulness and meditation)

1 60-minute session – $30 (if you already have a meditation practice and just want to go deeper and learn more OR meet with Kylie in an unstructured environment to discuss meditation and practice some techniques you can use daily)
Want to learn meditation in the company of friends, coworkers, or other small group? Join this community of meditators as we all embark on the journey together. Kylie will take you and your cohort through a 5-week long program of how to get started with mindfulness and meditation. During the class you will: learn how to meditate, gain deeper understanding of the spirit within, learn tools to use throughout the day to become more mindful, reduce stress levels, calm anxious thoughts, learn positive lifestyle habits that you can incorporate daily to deepen your meditation, slow down the mind.
Each class is an hour and a half long and you will learn invaluable material! You will receive a textbook on the first day. Bring a notebook, pen, and an open-mind. Plan to silence your cell phones and please plan to attend all 5 sessions.
