Abiding in a state of gratitude is one of the most powerful things we can do to attract goodness into our lives. Being in a state of gratitude opens you up to more of that. Remember: “Like attracts like” and the more we say “thank you” the more the universe will respond with “Oh, you appreciate that? Here, have some more!”. I encourage you to list or write down 5 things you are grateful for each day. I have been doing this for a few years now and the results are profound. It sets the tone for the day and helps me realize all the little things in life we sometimes take for granted. It really opens up my perspective on all the goodness and abundance that is available. Try it! Or go on a “gratitude rampage” where you look around and start listing everything you are grateful for from the chairs to sit on, to the carpets, to the people who made the carpets, the sheep who gave wool for the carpets, etc. Gratitude is so important in any spiritual or healing journey and should be incorporated into everyday life.

I am so grateful to you,

Kylie
