BLOG
Welcome!
Hello and welcome to my website and associated blog. I want to take this opportunity to extend my greatest thanks to you for being open minded and willing enough to learn more about or discover holistic aspects of healing. This platform gives me the opportunity to post information I have learned in the past throughout my training as a Holistic RN and Board Certified Coach as well as new information I gather. I am pleased to be able to share this knowledge with you and hope it resonates and serves you in the ways you need.
I aim to help you see your world differently. I’m passionate about helping people awaken to their full potential and I vow to courageously lead you where no one else will through my Transformative Coaching.
No one else is doing holism as passionately as I am! Through my personal experience, my struggle, and my journey I have strengthened the mind, body, and spirit. I have read all the books, done numerous trainings and attended countless classes and can share with you the most important information about a holistic lifestyle in an easy to understand package. I’ve done all the research so you don’t have to! I have been healing myself holistically and continue to do so on a daily basis. I practice mindfulness/meditation, success habits, organization, and discipline all to strengthen the mind. I’ve been avid in exercise, yoga, running and a whole-foods plant-based diet in order to strengthen the body. Through reading, journaling, breathwork, energy work, and going within using meditation I have strengthened my spirit.
I’m a natural born healer here to guide you toward excellence and fulfillment. You are perfect and whole as you were created and I will help you realize that. If you are actively striving for wellness then you are more than enough! Where you are is exactly where you need to be.
I’ll refrain from getting too far ahead of myself here, but that is a very introductory statement of what I am about. I will continue to post about healthy lifestyle advice, motivational words, spiritual passages, Reiki and energy healing information, uplifting content, self-care practices, and sweet messages. The intention here is always LOVE.
Take good care.

Energy healing came into my life and hit me like a truck. Before Reiki, I was in an unusual spot in my life. I knew I wanted to do more healing work than my current role as a Registered Nurse (RN). And I was feeling out of alignment. I knew that I was missing...

Do you help others before you help yourself? Imagine this… a pitcher full of water (the pitcher represents you and the water represents your vitality or energy). Now, picture a bunch of glasses and each one is labeled someone or some responsibility in your life (mom,...

In Indian philosophy there are 3 guidelines (or gunas) that describe the state of being a person takes on during their lifetime. These various states of being shift and change and people can move from one to another much like a progression. The first and lowest state...

Training my mind to be one-pointed has made a huge impact on my life. As a former (and let's be honest...current, struggling) multi-tasker and self-proclaimed performance enhancer, I speak from experience! To focus on one thing at a time is a great skill that comes...

To praise and blame is a funny thing. When we are seeking praise, we can’t help but feel blame too. They are two sides of the same coin. We can’t have one without the other. Like the old adage goes “what goes up must come down”. If we go on seeking praise from...

Reiki restores balance to the body and promotes overall wellness in mind, body, and spirit. Reiki comes from two japanese words - “Rei” which means spirituality, and “ki” which means life force. So it literally means universal life energy. Reiki is a technique...

It's quite amusing to think about the actual amount of control we have over life. On a cosmic scale, we have very little. The seemingly important day to day decisions we make give us the illusion that we are in control but that is simply the ego doing what the ego...

Did you know your body is made up of 70% water? Also consider this: the earth is 70% water. Do you think that is merely coincidence? I do not. As a nurse, I have seen the effects dehydration can have on the body firsthand - and let me tell you...it’s not pretty. As I...
